Husband and wife team, Mike and Amanda Perry, created Skill of Strength to help people, just like you, achieve your maximum potential.
At Skill of Strength, we provide you with results-driven training programs to help you get results and start viewing your time here at our gym as the highlight of your day.
Every client receives a full evaluation that gives us important information to use when designing your training program. We start by helping you restore your body’s natural ability to move. Once quality movement patterns are established, we add quantity (volume and/or weight) into your training to help you get stronger

She soon realized that she was gaining so many more benefits to her quiet nights out – balance, clarity, calm, strength – that spilled over into the rest of her life. In 2017 she completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training with Gail Lachs at Windsoul Wellness Center in Tyngsboro, MA where she still teaches, has taken additional classes for Teaching Yoga to Teens and Meditation and Mindfulness at Kidpowerment.
Kim is passionate about learning, teaching and sharing the benefits of the practice of yoga with her students of all ages in a safe, supported, non-judgmental environment where students can feel inspired to explore and discover the possibilities for transformation and healing yoga offers the body, mind and spirit.
Since 2008, Kim has inspired busy young professionals and new college grads to mindfully create a life and career in alignment with their skills, interests, and values without the struggle of anxiety and overwhelm. She guides them through a unique intuitive process that draws on her backgrounds in corporate HR, career counseling, and yoga and meditation, giving her clients the confidence and clarity they need to move forward with calm and ease.
