Please read this page carefully before committing to any program. It is understood that you agree to the policies on this page if you commit and/or register for a program. If you have any questions please contact us before you register. We are happy to help.
Soccer programs for U6 to U19 players who participate in house matches or external leagues are full-year programs. You are committing to the program for roughly June to June. U 23 programs run from the registration through that last match of that season, typically early August.
Deposits: Paying a deposit represents your commitment to participate in that program for the entire year. Deposits are non-refundable unless the season is abandoned completely. If a season is abandoned completely you will receive a full refund of your deposit. Fellsway Wanderers reserves the right to transfer the deposit to a like program if registrations do not total a sufficient number of players for a stand-alone team. For example: if you register for a U15 Girls program we may combine U15 and U16 players into one team.
Payments: All payments are made through the club’s PlayMetrics portal. When registering for a team program you may pay the full amount at registration or choose the monthly installment plan. Installments run through June of the contract year. Payments are expected to be paid within 15 days. Payments 30 days or more past view are subject to a $10 service charge. Wanderers reserves the right to suspend an athlete’s ability to train and participate in matches if invoices are 45 days past due. Invoices 90 days past due may be sent to collections. If there are ever any circumstances that create hardship in your family hampering your ability to play please contact us immediately. We will do everything we can to work through difficult situations with you!
Please be advised that registering for a program is your commitment to participate fully and pay all fees associated with the program. You are making a commitment to the club, it’s members, your teammates, and families. If you elect not to play, at any time after registration, you will still be responsible to pay in full. Scholarship players will have their scholarship revoked and will be required to pay in full. This policy is applied across the board and is only waived in very selective cases. The club’s directors make decisions based off of registrations and it is imperative, for the experience of all, that commitments are taken seriously. Soccer is a team sport. A committed membership is necessary.
Sibling discounts: Multiple sibling discounts are standard. Discounts are applied in descending order. Sibling discounts are offered to families of natural-born and adoptive children, foster children, and other family situations where children live in the same household and cared for by that same adults. Sibling discounts are for full price tuition and separate to scholarships. Sibling discounts are available for tuition only, not uniforms.
Scholarships: Scholarships are available for families in need. ALL scholarships are needs-based only. Scholarships are awarded on the last day of a contract. Please be aware that if you have been offered a scholarship and leave mid-contract you will be responsible for the whole tuition amount. If you wish to apply for a scholarship please fill out this form. Scholarships are generally not available for uniforms. Please support our scholarship program through fundraising activities and purchasing spirit-wear.
In-Season Refunds: Refunds for partial a season are only available if: a) the club was not able to provide 75% of matches, tournament, or training, b) the club itself has incurred no cost or is itself refunded, and c) the refund would be more than 10% total tuition. Scholarships players are not entitled to refunds. If a player is injured mid-season and misses a substantial part of the season the club may credit the player for the next contract period. These will be discussed on a case by case basis with the family and club management.
Active Military Change of Duty Station: Active duty military who have a change in duty station mid-season will only be charged the portion of tuition for which their child(ren) have participated.
Payments: Payments for all clinics are to be made online through our PlayMetrics portal. If you have any issues with payment please contact us to assist.
Refunds: No refunds will be given if a clinic runs. If a clinic does not get enough participants to run we will transfer your registration to another program or refund you completely. Your choice!
Club pictures and Video: By registering for any program or clinic you are giving Fellsway Wanderers permission to use any picture or video in promotional material, website, social media, etc. We will NEVER use a player’s full or last name without permission from the parent.
Private photos and video: We all love to take pictures and videos of our players in action. We love your enthusiasm! If it is not your child in the picture or video please only use a player’s first name in your own social media and other sharing platforms
Any player or parent who does not uphold the highest level of sportsmanship, community spirit, and support for the club, it’s staff, referees, other teams, or others that we may come in contact with, at all times may be dismissed from the program without refund.
To participate in any program of, or affiliated with, Fellsway Wanderers you must agree to a release of liability. When you register for any program you will be required to electronically sign this agreement. It is added here for your convenience
Recognizing the possibility of physical injury associated with soccer and related activities and in consideration of Fellsway Wanderers F.C. LLC accepting the participant for its program and activities, I hereby discharge, hold harmless, and otherwise indemnify Fellsway Wanderers F.C. LLC, Skill of Strength and other affiliated organizations, sponsors, owners, employees, staff, volunteers and other associated personnel, including the owners of fields and facilities utilized for its programs, against any claim by or on behalf of the registrant as a result of the registrant’s participation in the program and/or being transported to and from the same, which transportation I hereby authorize.
As the adult player or parent/legal guardian of a minor participant in Fellsway Wanderers F.C. LLC programs, I hereby give my consent for emergency medical care. This care may be given under whatever conditions necessary to preserve the life, limb or well being of the participant.
I allow Fellsway Wanderers F.C. LLC to publish images, photography, and video, of my child for the use in Fellsway Wanderers F.C. LLC publications, marketing materials, and social media. Fellsway Wanderers F.C. LLC will not share a minor’s full name or other personal information without additional consent to the specific instance of use.
I understand and agree that deposits are non-refundable and I agree to make all payments associated with participation in programs and activities for which I have registered.
