At Skill of Strength, we provide you with results-driven training programs to help you get results and start viewing your time here at our gym as the highlight of your day.
Every client receives a full evaluation that gives us important information to use when designing your training program. We start by helping you restore your body’s natural ability to move. Once quality movement patterns are established, we add quantity (volume and/or weight) into your training to help you get stronger

The Unequal Halo 3 headgear has received high marks in 3rd party independent research at Virginia Tech, receiving their “Recommended” 4-Star Rating. It’s a very light, very thin design that looks just like a headband. Halo’s advanced, military-grade materials reduce acceleration and absorb/disperse impact force.
